It can be a place where you can ponder the hard questions, the “not knowing”, whilst figuring out what you need in order to move forward again. 1-to-1 counselling can help to feel calmer, more confident and self-assured. We can work on anything you want to work on in the sessions.
 
We can use a first appointment to get to know each other better, and to spend some time figuring out how counselling might be helpful for you. I believe it is very important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor or therapist. We can therefore use the first session to explore how (and if) we can work well together.

I make use of various methods in counselling, including humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic therapy. I am an integrative counsellor. This means that I draw on a variety of methods and tailor the counselling to what you as a client need. Sessions can take place face-to-face, online, by telephone, or through Chat. We can choose the format you prefer.
